Browse Forums Renovation + Home Improvement 1 Jun 10, 2020 3:57 pm Hi All, I need some ideas. I am building a concrete sleeper retaining wall to the side of a house. It spans from the rear boundary to the zero-boundary garage. How are you going to terminate a concrete sleeper retaining wall at the rear of a zero-boundary garage such that it is flushed to the brick wall? Auger holes are 450mm and steel posts need to be centered on the concrete piels. And where does the AG pipe exit? AG pipe cannot run under the garage - can it go under the footing of the retaining wall to the other side (lower property)? Also what does your Stormwater Plan show? The ag lines will run on the neighbour (higher property) side along the wall But it needs to exit on the other side (my property on the lower side) because the wall terminates at the neighbour’s zero-boundary garage and there’s no storm water pipe allocated for it that deep on neighbour's side. Not sure if the ag pipe can exit underneath the wall to get to the other side? Otherwise, it can’t be built on the boundary. I really want it on the boundary because I am paying for it even though we both have cut and fill. Thank you again Simeon.. I will call my certifier for that.
