Browse Forums Renovation + Home Improvement 1 May 01, 2020 6:57 pm Hi I live in an area that doesn't have town water and the metal tap at the bottom of one of my tanks rusted through and sprung a leak, and it looked like it was under pressure. I used plumbers tape to stop the pressure then used apaint on mastic sealant to stop the leak. Problem now is that i have a slow leak and I tried more sealant but it doesn't plug the wet surfaces. Is there a product that can be used on wet surfaces to seal it completely or do I have to do something else?
