Extension ideas

Hi, we just bought a house and will need to add an extension as it’s super small!
Would like some ideas if any one has worked on the same style or had this style floor plan with an extension.

We’d like to add to the garage to make two or one and a half size garage, a new master with walk-in and en-suite, potentially move the kitchen To the New extension part and add in another living/lounge/rumpus type room. Also need to add some kind of storage as it doesn’t even have a linen closet!

We can’t build to the right side where the existing bedrooms are as there is a 6 foot easement... there is also an easement along the fence line down the back.

Our thoughts were add out from where the kitchen to the garage is?!

yes, your garage will be more like a storage like others..finally you will never drive your car into it, we all park on drive way, so change it while you still got ideas, if you don't, you may never do it:)
