My husband & i have been in our house 6 years.
We have renovated our home, my husband is a plumber & his dad gave guidance (hes a retired carpenter but unable to work due to illness)
All work was internal.
We aim to sell later this year, what things would we need to do to get our house ready for sale as we didnt have permits but im not sure whether they were needed for whats been done.
