Amateurs to building at the time and rushed through without due diligence and thought. It looks like the below. It's against rescode to seperate them,so a friend has suggested adding another light bulb into the room to just switch it on when we use it say to do number 1 (sorry TMI) or use the vanity basin to wash our hands. Would this work? I currently dont experience any mould and have checked the joists - they are dry just a bit of dust. Thanks. We've had some in the past that have been noisy like yours, but others that were very quiet.
