Browse Forums Renovation + Home Improvement 1 Dec 18, 2018 9:34 am Hi! My Husband & I are looking for advice for layout of a villa we have just purchased. It is a 3 bedroom villa however there is only the 2 of us for now so we are keen to make the best use of the space and can always convert back to a 3 bedroom later on (plan to live her 5-10 years) With the walls of the 3rd bedroom removed it creates better lighting, air flow and access to the outdoor deck. I have attached the current floor plan and what we are thinking about changing it too, my husband is a builder so can do most of the work and we don't want to go to over board. Our only concern is the empty space on the left hand side Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ , it feels like a random space that we are not sure what to do with?
