Browse Forums Renovation + Home Improvement 1 Dec 04, 2018 1:05 am Hello everybody, we were very happy to find you and the forum here from Germany. We, Stephanie & Paul...have been a couple for over 7 years now, 4 of them happily married. The product of our love, listens to Lara, 3 years old. After 6 years of tireless search for THE real estate or THE land, we are since the 01.12.2017 finally proud house owner ⠀ In spite of office chair acrobats world champions we both have no two left hands and try as much as we can to put in our own renovation, with and without the support of family and friends. But also quite honestly, only as much as is realistic and possible, both professionally and physically and in terms of time. Our house was built in 1956 and we have been completely core renovating it for a year now. I.e. everything out and everything new again. Nothing remains the same. It will be a highly efficient house with an air heat pump, photovoltaics and a combined heat and power system and much more ⠀ ⠀ Our goal:⠀ ⠀ To celebrate the next Christmas (2019) and the thickest, wildest and loudest New Year's Eve party the new village neighbourhood has ever experienced in the new cottage. We would be very happy to extend the reach of our project, which we do alone, and that you can follow the progress of our project online in our construction blog. We look forward to seeing you again soon on our blog instagram profile at instagram.com/own4walls. It would be great. See you soon. Many greetings from Germany Paul & Stephanie Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Core renovation by our own 2Dec 04, 2018 10:39 am I had A quick look, my2c, It lacks Building Information & data to be of use to the Battlers & Punters renovating That's the problem with Instagram Cheers Designer,Engineer (Civil,Const & Envir),Builder,Concrete & Masonry Contract.Struct Repairs Hello all, I am thinking of getting my flooring replaced with Hybrid flooring.
