Hi All,
Looking for some confirmation from you experienced, wise and skilled folk.
I'm looking to remove two internal walls and need help identifying if my assessment is correct in assuming they aren't load bearing.
The house is a rectangle shape (18m x 8m) with a gable roof of about 35 degrees. No hips, no valleys etc and trusses in the roof. The walls run parallel to the trusses. I've attached a photo of inside my roof to assist.
If I'm unable to be 100% certain they aren't load bearing who would be best to call to check it out? Builder or engineer?
Thanks in advance for your help.
