Browse Forums Renovation + Home Improvement 1 Nov 01, 2014 2:06 am Hi, I am considering to build an alfresco in our new home. We could not afford the additional $6k builder asked to build it. It will be approximately 3.7 X 3.5 mtrs. I checked with our council and it can be built without going through DA approval process (exempt development) if less than 20 sqm. My easiest option is probably to get the concrete done by concreter and then do a skillion roof. But I don't like the skillioned roof alfresco. Can someone advise on the possibility and cost of building a alfresco with tiled roof. My builder left 2 pallets of brick and 1 pallet of roof tiles. I was told that this would be enough to cover the area. If not, only small quantities of additional roof tiles may be required. Is it easy to do? Any experience/ advice?? Any recommended company/tradie in Western Sydney?? FYI - I would get licensed tradies to do all work. Location is Penrith NSW. Thanks in advance. Hey, I am wanting to add a second toilet to my house, bit we have limited room. There is a hallway/entry that is never used, so was thinking this could be an option. Only… 0 4713 4 11221 1 19742 |
