Hi I would like some advice about building on a preexisting slab that has a sewer line underneath. I have a 1960s built house which had an asbestos garage that I had professionally removed, leaving a 4x7m slab. There is a board's sewer line underneath it with an inspection opening somewhere around the middle. I would like to put a small pod or small cabin 3x6m on the slab but am unsure about what is possible here. I have noticed that there is an extra cement layer under the slab around the area of the inspection opening but there is no indication on sewerage service diagram of encasing. If the construction is on stilts would that make it possible? I have included the diagram below.
