I'm after some advice.
We built a double storey house with Porter Davis that has a rear alfresco.
Is it possible to add a balcony over our existing alfresco now that the ? The alfresco is roughly 3.5m x 6.5m.
How much would it roughly cost?

It may not be as simple as adding a balcony over an existing alfresco area
you may also need to, add pad footings, Trim the GF Roof, cut in and flash a door,
waterproof the ceiling below,Balustrading, etc,etc.
You should have added it in, or made structural provisions for future 1F extension when you first built it
Rule of thumb add new balcony to 1F..new build
24m2 x $1k/m2 =$24k
Roughly 3 times that now as a reno 3 x $24K= $72K ?
