Our land size is 478 sqm and we are building a house in Blacktown council area with total floor area of 410.79 sqm. Below is the breakdown:
Ground Floor Living 157.28
First Floor Living 176.23
Outdoor Living 15.36 (dimensions 3.8 x 4)
After handover, we intend to extend the outdoor living (3.8 x 4) on left side by 3.8 x 4.5 and right side by 3.8 x 3.3 and lay tiles on the entire outdoor living area.
So my questions are
1. Is this something that requires council approval and is it likely to get approved?
2. I have been looking for options and have come across james hardy product: http://scyon.com.au/products/secura-exterior-flooring and Hebel Powerfloor http://hebel.com.au/product/powerfloor/. I am certainly NOT looking to DIY. Are there any other options?
