My home was built early 90's. The depth of my existing cabinet is 500 mm and the newer vanities on the market that I've seen are around 450 mm deep. So would it matter if I replaced the vanity prior to laying new floor tiles? Yes, your contractors might have a harder time fixing the new tiles. So perhaps you might want to consider buying the vanity but asking them to fix it for you before fixing the tilings.
