Jump on a site called buildbits, they are like Gumtree but is targeted just towards building products.

Builders and renovators post left over or second hand items on there.

Could grab yourself a bargain?

Kind Regards

Thanks James. Big Help!
Hi not sure if you are in NSW or not, but I redid my bathroom and I went to this warehouse at Parramatta. Super cheap stuff there but good quality. They sell decent brand name stuff there at pretty cheap prices. http://www.renovationkingdom.com.au/http://www.renovationkingdom.com.au/
Also, sometimes just putting new taps makes an old vanity look newish. Depending on your budget (I've done this before lol)
Ive gotten heaps of help from these forums so my way of returning the favor. Hope this helps.
Thanks Lou! Will definitely begin my DIY renovation next week if I got lucky to purchase the items i need.
A clearance sale is happening at renovation kingdom - this is a good time to shop.

Haha. I feel complete now I have helped somebody! What did you get? Please tell me those black taps? I am in love with them. I feel like ripping my ratty old silver ones out (which I had put in only a year ago lol) and going with black.!
Forget shoes, taps are my new thing!
I got this above counter basin http://www.renovationkingdom.com.au/gro ... 190mm.html for our bathroom the size is just perfect and its so cute. I super love it. Haven't shop for kitchen sinks yet because we are planning to start with the bathroom first. Hoping for another sale so I can save.
Thanks for the help Lou!

I love this sink! What sort of counter top did you use? I like the idea of some of these cement counter tops with those raised sinks in them. This one looks nice except the sinks are square, and I prefer the round one like what you got.

Looks good, you should try it too! This will give your bathroom a new look. I swear its going to be perfect.
Done replacing the old bathroom sink.It looks so good. Planning to change the paint too but we decided to leave it to the hands of the experts. Eastern Beaches Painting, hope they can still accommodate our needs since we are in NSW not Sydney.

Redid my bathroom!
