I'd install all the doors and drawer fronts ( if you are waiting on the stonemason that is ) and the day before he is due to lay the benchtops remove them all and stack them on their edge in another room. If they are cutting the sink onsite there will be a lot of dust and possible damage to the doors. It also makes it a lot easier for them. I'd prefer to be safe than sorry if it were me. That's very logical - I think I'll go with this. On another note, the stonemason mentioned there might be a 5mm gap between the benchtop and the IKEA cabinets due to the metal support brackets and risers. Does that sound about right?
