My question is is there any problems that can arise while renovating (knocking walls down, extending boundaries of the house, raising the house, etc.) due to the house been previously split, relocated then joined back together? You should have a comprehensive report from both a building inspector and a structural engineer done. You will be able to find any problems with a building inspection. We have lived in relocated houses and they have all been renovated successfully.
