If so, its pretty simple, just think about it like this. Dirtiest messiest jobs first, finesse quality jobs last. Walls should be the first thing to be changed. You need to find out which walls are load bearing, and the best way to do that is to get up in the roof yourself or get a wall removal company in to give you advice and a quote. After walls are built and/or removed, employ a plasterer to finish them off. Then move on to the electrical and plumbing stuff, a new counter top will also mean a new sink and some new plumbing as well as a splashback to edge off the new benchtop. Then move on to painting followed by flooring.
