Browse Forums Renovation + Home Improvement 1 Feb 13, 2016 9:25 pm you really want to remove lead paint from an entire house? That is not the most commonly done thing. Usually ppl just paint over it, then its hidden, safely underneath. If you have some sort of paint ridge, the best thing to do is use a quality filler over the ridge and feather it out using really fine sandpaper. 240 grit. Go to an actual paint store, not bunnings. Dulux even have trade centers. Don't have to be a trade to but their paint. 1 14031 Thankyou so much 😀 I've decided on White on white for doors and trims, White on white 50% on ceiling and Mt buller for walls. Fingers crossed it will look OK 😀 2 3611 Thank you. That is really helpful. Once we get the place done and passed for OC we can upgrade in the future once we get back on our feet and not paying mortgage and rent. 4 3991 |
