There are a few things that we have identified that need doing but we are not sure what order would be the best to do it in. The list of things we need doing is below and I was hoping people might be able to give us some advice on the best order to do this in.
- Rewire the existing electrical work (still has old board and original wiring)
Renovate the bathroom (only one bathroom in house)
Renovate the kitchen
Build a deck and remove a wall in the kitchen / dining area so that it flows onto the deck
Sand and polish the floors
Repaint all of the internal walls
I would really appreciate people's thoughts on the right order to do this in!
