The move and reconstitution of the house was completed under a BP by a builder to lock up. One problem I have encountered is that with a BAL of 29 is that I have to paint the weatherboard exterior with Fire Retardant Paint. Five coats I believe. I will have to remove the old paint first but my problem is where to find Fire Retarding Paint in Melbourne and how best to apply it. Does anyone have some info on this subject please?
