My current floor plan is a little dysfunctional and there is a whole lot of dead space in the kitchen and a huge dinner room that is always untidy with the dining table and a desktop computer in the corner. Initial thoughts where to move the kitchen to the back wall in the dinning room with maybe a butler style pantry with an island and remove the wall in between the kitchen and lounge to make a open plan living dining room. Easy access under the house so plumbing shouldn't be an issue. Would also love to do something with the back bedroom adjacent to the master - the very back is also wasted area due to a linen cupboard being built and a chunk of wall being taken, making it difficult to position a bed with the window and door. Super excited to hear some suggestions and start planning. Might need to get a designer involved but thought I would get some idea first. Forgot to add the entry is via the lounge room door. I'm not sure what you would be achieving with that move. Would the lounge be where the kitchen is currently? Then that would mean walking through the new dining area? I notice there is one bed with no door entry. Which way does the house face? Knockdown wall between kitchen & living room to create an open plan kitchen / meals / family room. It kind of depends on where your windows, external doors, views and light are. This is a very tight fit, I'm not sure if you'll be able to achieve what you've described. Would you consider accessing the separate toilet from the laundry?
