You will be able to model your house using a number of different packages/apps. All of these have a learning curve, and without spending some money will only give you limited end products. I would suggest that arrange to have your house and site modelled (from your existing plans that are available from the council). If this is done properly, you should have 3d models on your desktop computer, tablet or smartphone. This should be relatively inexpensive and will save you a lot of time.
