Browse Forums Renovation + Home Improvement 1 Nov 10, 2014 12:07 pm Hi all We are currently renovating and converting our laundry to a bathroom/laundry combo. Can anyone recommend a basin/sink that I could use in this room which can serve both the purposes. We don't want something too deep and would prefer something in ceramic (or another material in white). I have searched on google but haven't been able to find a product that looks more like a bathroom basin but can also function as a laundry sink (ie has provision for washing machine waste outlet etc). Will appreciate any comments. Cheers, Nish Re: Bathroom basin/sink in laundry 2Nov 10, 2014 3:39 pm You can get any sink you like as the washing machine outlet can get connected underneath. I did one yesterday but don't have a photo of underneath sorry. So you pick a laundry/bathroom sink and when you buy the plumbing fittings for inside the cupboard just get one that has a side outlet. You connect the washing machine hose to that. Just make a hole in the side of the cabinet next to the washing machine. I hope that makes sense. If you google washing machine outlet under sink Click on the images.
