Browse Forums Renovation + Home Improvement 1 Nov 06, 2014 6:01 am Ok, I know I am grasping at straws........ but we are renovating our kitchen / dining areas and need new tiles for the floor where the old kitchen will be ripped up and a wall removed. We are swapping the kitchen and dining areas with each other. The problem is, we built our house 12 years ago and didn't have any tiles left over. I have contacted a lot of tile stores trying to find this tile but have had no luck. As our house is very open plan, a different floor in this areas will really stand out as an add on/reno. Please take a look at my photo. Maybe someone on here or someone you know has these tiles with a few boxes spare? I would need about 10m2. If I could just get away with reflooring the new kitchen and could find matching tiles for the dining this would be good too. Below is a pic of the existing floor tile and also pictures of the old layout and the new layout on a plan. My hubby has marked out where he thinks we could start/join a new/different floor (maybe wood look tiles) to the kitchen dining area, but I don't like the angle and pathway look. Thanks in advance.
