Browse Forums Renovation + Home Improvement 1 Sep 14, 2014 1:21 am Our daughter and husband employed a landscaper to do a makeover of their backyard but found there was a discrepancy between the quote and the services delivered so only paid for the materials and services that had actually been provided. The contractor chose to respond to this by threatening to (via email) and actually following through with dumping two truckloads of builders rubbish on their verge. As this is against council by-laws, it was reported to both the local council and police, but it seems it is low priority for police to follow up and council will only pursue the driver of the vehicle that actually dumped the rubbish. I can understand them being angry if you have a disagreement - but to do that is just nasty. It says something about them - who they are. We all get a dud deal or feel we've been duded - but we all don't retaliate this way. Some people just have it in their nature.
