Browse Forums Renovation + Home Improvement 1 Aug 30, 2014 12:19 pm Hi, we are going to paint the exterior of our house, it is a hardiplank home and I am struggling to find a light brown colour to suit the Jasper colorbond roof. The window frames are a brown metal. Does anyone have any suggestions or pictures if you have a home with a similar colour scheme. I have tried googling for suggestions, done many test patches on the house, but I can't seem to find the right colour. I am after a creamy brown that is not too dark, or too light. Thanks in advance! I am no expert but have you thought about using a colour like colorbond dune, which looks lovely with jasper and will provide a contrast to the brown roof and windows? It is one that I have considered, I wasn't sure if it would be too dark though against the jasper. I am trying to find an example pic but not having much luck! You can even do that with the jasper if you don't want contrast. Re: Exterior paint colour needed to suit Jasper colorbond ro 6Aug 30, 2014 2:43 pm No worries! Good luck with it.
