He is willing to be flexible able using secondhand the stuff, and letting us do things ourselves. He says he can reconfigure our old bathroom (toilet being moved) within a day to limit inconvenience, and do the bedroom adding without us moving out. My hubby wants this written into the contract so it is "guaranteed". I am not sure you can do this, does anyone know? I am inclined to take his word and foster the (so far!) good relationship?
