Demolition, Knockdown Newcastle and Lake Macquarie

Hi all

Can you recommend a good and cost efficient company for house demolition/removal in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie area.

Also, has anyone done a 'rebuild with Rawson'. We are intending to build a Rawson home. Was their quote for demolition reasonable?

I am not sure if the house has abestos or not. Did you find this increased the quote significantly?

I have found some older topics but no recent on this subject in Newcastle/Lake Macquarie.

It is a 3 bedroom hardiplank.

Try the 2nd hand building supply place in Redhead, I think they demolish houses. Not sure of a price though.

Anyone know about a house removal? The house is actually pretty good.
