Behind the garage, there is a workshop area. In this workshop area, there is exposed dirt behind a besa-block retaining wall. There is mechanical ventilation in this area, and it all seems ok moisture wise (although it hasn't rained much lately), but I'm just wondering if it's possible to cover up this exposed dirt to improve the appearance?
