Browse Forums Renovation + Home Improvement 1 Jul 24, 2014 2:00 pm Hi all, I have an entry level 3 bed, 1 bathroom house. My husband and I wanted to extend the house to have 4 bedrooms and an ensuite and WIW. (We are a family of 4) We have since found out that we are restricted with space in the backyard due to a sewer line running in the space we would use to achieve this. We can only extend out 3.6 x 4 m out. Wondering which option to take.... ens and wiw for some much needed class or a 4th bedroom for family guests / allow the boys to have a seperate room.....? Or.... do we just get plans drafted for the whole shabang and submit it to council...? Has anyone else had to build on or around sewer before??
