Does anyone know what this is called? Or where to get it? I assume it is made out of some sort or exterior plaster mould or something. I have seen it on other houses in our area. Without seeing some photos of what you are talking about we are in the dark a bit. A lot of the older more traditional mouldings, arches etc were made of sand/cement and done as part of the renderers/plasterers job but these days a lot are made from fibreglass and/or polystyrene which are basically " stick-on " products.
