These preliminary works will be just to get the house solid and in good condition for us to rent the home out and also be able to move in in a couple of years time, and be able to concentrate on the internal works such as kitchen. These are the jobs which we will need to do in the next few months on the home: 1. Rewiring 2. Roof - some re-pointing and gutter work 3. Roof insulation 4. Sub-floor ventilation (will need external powerpoint installed) 5. Ducted heating (will need external powerpoint installed) 6. Instaneous gas hot water system (change over from gravity feed system) 7. Ceiling fans 8. Take up old carpets 9. Paint inside 10. Polish floorboards 11. Paint outside 12. Front fence construction 13.
