Hi All,
My husband and I are have been debating wether to build a new house or buy established for the last 6 months... In the last week we have found an old little pocket in our chosen suburb that we love and so are now thinking we will purchase an old weatherboard with the view of renovating and extending...
My first question is where do we start - what should we be looking for in our future house... Should I get hung up on current floorplans or just go with the flow
As we will likely have to change it anyway...? Things like roof pitch - be fussy about this now or not stress and just update with the Reno etc?
Any pointers for those juatabtarting out in the Reno journey...?
W are hoping to purchase something in the next 1-3 months so looking at progressing up the learning curve pretty quickly...
Thanks!
