We need to find someone reputable to do an independent review of the building works as they stand to identify what is missing and what has not been done properly, so we can get the job finished (and possibly lodge a claim with the Home Warranty insurer). Any recommendations, either for someone you have used before or for a referral service? We are in Sydney, NSW.
