I did get many quotes ranging from 12000 to 18000. So depending on how big the house is and what material your removing. We are getting quotes for tile removal, colour bond roof with anticon insulation and no gutters etc for close to $30k The area including pitch is approx 320-340m2. This seems like a rediculous amount of money for a new roof but all the companies seem to be quoting around that, now they all blame it on material prices but none of them will tell me how much of that price is materials and labour...suspicious? We had quotes ranging from this up to $40k.
