I find the YVW site only specifies new developments and new connections. Since I am only replacing my existing sewage pipe i.e.. not a new connection I was wondering if I need this? Can anyone give me more information about this requirement for existing connections please? If the sewer pipe is your responsibility (usually that portion that extends beyond the sewer mains stub), then replacing existing only requires the person doing so to be a licenced plumber/drainer.
