Re: What colour for my new "old" house?? 2Aug 01, 2013 1:16 pm the easiest way to include photos is to go to photobucket.com, sign up for an account and upload to there, then copy the image code across. Re: What colour for my new "old" house?? 3Aug 05, 2013 12:13 am I am in the process of painting my home now and have chosen 1/2 hogs bristle with enamel gloss white detail . My home is a 50's asbestos with 3.6m ceilings with lots of light from large windows and skylights . Everyone says it looks great but I can't help thinking that I could of used full strength hogs bristle . I think you need to choose an intensity of colour that suits the amount of natural light . If the ceilings are low and there is not a lot of light I'd probably look at 1/4 strength hogs bristle . Re: What colour for my new "old" house?? 7Dec 03, 2013 4:56 pm I think a lot of depends on you.Painting your home can be crucial.I personally prefer lighter colors for indoors and brighter colors for outdoors. You can also decorate and mix and match those colors. If you are planning to do it yourself you can use modern paint sprayer like PaintZoom which can give these advanced options for you. Thanks Re: What colour for my new "old" house?? 8Dec 04, 2013 4:33 pm hi, i think keeping in mind the current house condition you should color your house exterior with a quality paint that can protect it.
