I'm looking at it being replaced with just a normal ceiling. Area is 4x6m. I'm pretty good with other things but heights and ceilings are my weak spot. You'd be able to rip out the old one yourself to save some dollars. Then all you need is a gyprocker to install the new sheets and plaster.
