Browse Forums Renovation + Home Improvement 1 Jul 22, 2013 12:38 pm Hi my builder is about to complete my extension and renovation to my house. During the whole process i have found him to be quite difficult to deal with everytime i find something wrong and point it out to him to fix. On some occasions he even tried to blame me for some items that needed to be replaced. In the end he eventually fixes the issues. I want to get a pre final inspection done on my house but dont want to deal with the builder. I would rather a building inspector do this. i have searched the web for some places but could not locate any that actually deal with the builders on your behalf. All they do is a report which they proived to you. can anyone please provide some advice as to what i should do.
