We had our ceiling painted but when it dried, the ceiling had yellow streaks across it. The painter came back and painted it again but after about six months the ceiling and coving has started to crack and peel off right back to the plaster board. Has anyone had this happen before? The painter and the paint provider have both said they are not to blame. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
