I want to convert our current garage to a master bedroom with en suite and walk in wardrobe. But we can't go without a garage. I was thinking of building a double garage in front of our existing garage. How much do you think a new garage will cost to build?
Any rough idea would be great. Just want to know if i would be able to afford this. I would need it to be brick and tiled to make it look like it is part of the house.
Thank you Ana

Garages often have bigger setback regulations compared to, say, carports, too. An alternative might be carport + shed?
