Browse Forums Renovation + Home Improvement 1 Nov 07, 2012 10:53 am I own an old 2 bedroom Victorian terrace in Carlton VIC. We currently have plans drawn up by an architect, council approval, soli and engineering test’s completed. We have been stuffed around a bit with builders quotes so I need to start from scratch and source my own builder. Can anyone recommend a good builder and possibly one that specialises in these types of homes? We are hoping to get quotes quite quickly and get started ASAP as we already gave our tenants notice and the house has now been sitting there empty for 2 months.
