Browse Forums Renovation + Home Improvement 1 Oct 22, 2012 10:30 pm i am wondering if anyone has any advice. i am looking at cutting a hole in a double brick wall. i want to cut under a large concrete slab directly under a sliding door, i am thinking this will provide enough support and would only put 2 side beams in the new doorway. does anyone have any tips, thoughts or advice? my concern is really about the need for extra supports?
