We are about to start renovating our 3 bed apartment.
Were planning to have Floating floors but now I am in love with off white tiles.http://douglasdesign.com.au/
Cost wise which is cheaper? ( costs for the item and laying)

As said above the laminates tend to be harder wearing than the timbers. Plus worn down high heels can make the timbers look rather dimply and you don't want to have anything wet on them for too long. However, floating floors are much warmer than tiles in winter. If I were to do it again, I would get a nice reflective tile. Thanks Simon, I guess I'm no concerned with the volume of the noise rather that dead and hollow sound and feel that is associated with floating floors. But I'm not sure… 3 6114 Thanks, that's the motivation I needed to give it a try sooner rather than one day! 4 2993 2 4669 |
