Browse Forums Renovation + Home Improvement 1 Sep 27, 2012 9:43 am Hi All, After much searching I think I have found the builder we are going to go with for our extension. He has given us a quote we are happy with so the next step is to get the contract prepared. He said he uses the HIA Alterations and Additions Contract. I wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with this contract, whether there is anything we need to keep an eye out for and whether we could or should add some of our own terms. Thanks.
