Reinforce piers under house - builder? (and does something like this need to be certified or inspected or anything?) Enlarge window in one room - builder or carpenter? (House is fibro) Renovate dormer spaces into cupboards - carpenter or cabinet maker? Or could any of these just be done by a handyman? Who would you call? Thanks!
