Browse Forums Renovation + Home Improvement 1 Sep 10, 2012 1:17 pm Hello all, I am planning to reno my newly purchased 3 bed apartment. Strata wants written request with 1. Scope of works, 2. Drawings. 3. Contractors license and insurance details. The scope of works or specifications you could do yourself either in a MS Word or Excel document. I should have added this to the original post... If you are contemplating installing a pergola then the strata will probably make you do a DA to the council as well which is where the professional drawings come in. Stewie Thanks very much!
