Apartment 3 bed size= 148m2 Works = Bring down wall to open up kitchen, new kitchen downlights in lounge, dining, new bathrooms x2 ( tiles new fittings,plumbing electrical), tiling to balcony, new covered pergola, 12mm timber floors, paint entire house, wardrobe fit out in one bedroom Questions 1.builder to use [b][b]Builders range[/b][/b] for items for the bathroom. Anyone who has had experience with this? What is the quality like? What sort of tapware etc does this include? 2 Should the contract state all items he will be using and a breakdown of costs of each of the rooms? 3. I'd ask them to quote that you will supply taps, mixers, spout, toilets, kitchen appliances, etc. You'll may not save money, but you get a much better product. Me, I prefer German Made tapware, that means Grohe, Hansgrohe, Hansa.. Can anyone give me any onfo on New Homes WA? Good or bad, hopefully good just need to know if my choice was good or not?
