I have a 18 square foot patio that is on top of the bottom level of my house. The tiles have cracked and the waterproof membrane had holes in it causing leaking into the ceiling downstairs. To top things off, the patio is running towards the house, not away towards guttering. Would anyone know of what would be involved in repairing this problem as well as how much it would cost. Also, would it better to use waterproof vinyl sheeting instead of tiles as far as price goes?
