Blue Board vs. Scyon vs. EasyLap vs. Greenboard

We are putting a second storey onto our c1930s double brick house, using light-weight materials.

What are the pros and cons of the following options:

Main thing is to remember that you can get the finish you want on them, ad that you are able to achieve a 6 star rating as is now required
You will need to refine your choices, smooth sycon or render etc? Each has very different install and finishing costs. And a berry different final look.

I am flexible about the final look, but am concerned about effectiveness and safety.

Are all of these materials equally fireproof, or are some better than others?

Can all of them achieve the same amount of insulation/R-rating, or are some better than others?

Which material will last longest?

If we wanted to get a higher star rating (more than the minimum six stars) would any of these materials be suitable?
